These orders will only be shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week, to avoid delays in shipping over weekends, which may cause loss. Any order placed after 12pm on a Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 days for shipment to arrive
Local Pickups must be paid before pickup. If you delay pickup from scheduled day, no refund will be given if the bees die. Must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Monday- Friday only.
YOU must call or text to arrange the pickup (1-847-373-9148) refund is only given with proof that the bees were picked up in a timely manner, no delays in shipping record from USPS and pictures that the bees were dead.
